What it is
Every candidate in your cohort gets the full Jobably product — continuous scans, rubric scoring with written rationales, provenance-guarded tailoring, prep packets, and their own pipeline board. Your team gets a coach workspace over the cohort: per-candidate momentum, staleness flags, placement funnel, and the ability to suggest roles a candidate can accept or dismiss. Seats belong to your organization and move to the next candidate when someone lands — the platform outlives any single search.
Privacy is the product, not a setting
Candidates in transition are privacy-sensitive by definition, so the boundary is designed for them: coaches see pipeline state and momentum — never resume contents, notes, or compensation answers unless the candidate explicitly shares them, category by category. Candidates always see exactly what their coach can see. That boundary is enforced in the platform itself, not drawn in the interface.
